Can I get pregnant on the last day of my period?

Last January 3 me and my boyfriend had sex on the last day of my period, he used a condom and he didn’t ejaculate at all. Im just worried that pre-cum can leak at the base of the condom? And last January 15 I had breast tenderness and Back ache. January 16 morning I masturbated then noticed blood in my fingers, and in the evening I noticed some blood in my Panty Liner, can that be spotting or I just scratched myself? And yesterday I noticed a colored cream stuff in my panty liner, when I touched it, its color white and doesn’t have any smell, can I be pregnant? 
(I have a regular cycle)

Girl, if he used a condom and didn’t cum at all it is basically impossible. A condom’s use is to stop sperm entering the vagina thus, protecting you from pre cum. Sometimes when you are worried you are pregnant your body starts producing symptoms. Look I got pregnant on my period. The middle of it. Of course we didn't use protection and we didn't pull out or anything. But honey CUM has to ENTER the vagina to get pregnant. The only way you'd get pregnant with a condom or have a possibility, the condom would have to break. Smh.

I have a short cycle and ovulate 3 days after my period, so if you had a cycle anything like mine, there is a pretty good chance of pregnancy.
