Help Requested: Sleep for a 3-Week-old
...I can’t get my 3-week-old daughter to sleep on her back consistently (with blankets and no sleep at all without blankets). She starts to strain and poop until she wakes herself up from the discomfort. I laid off dairy and saw no difference.
She sleeps on my chest just fine, though.
What can I do to get her sleeping on her back without blankets?
