Success with Femara?

I want some success stories with Femara to give me hope! Background story we have been trying for a baby since April of 2016. We had a blighted ovum Dec 2017 had a D&C. Didn't get pregnant again until October 2018 but had a miscarriage at 7 weeks and another D&C. Both pregnancies without any type of medication and I ovulate on my own. Recently started seeing a fertility doctor. SA, reg ultrasounds, saline ultrasound, after intercourse test, everything has been normal so far. He started me on Clomid to try and help my eggs mature because he says early miscarriages could indicate an issue with my eggs. I was on Clomid for only 1 round and he didn't like my results. It caused me ovulate super early (cd10) and my cervical mucus to be dry and sticky so the sperm wouldn't be able to swim well. So now I'm starting Femara on Monday since side effects are suppose to be less and just hope and pray this is our answer! Sorry it's so long lol Just hoping for some positive feedback. It's so hard waiting and trying to keep faith when it's taking so long with heartbreaks along the way.
