Two years ago I got pregnant with Clomid for my daughter now I am prescribed for fe Mara to try again

Hi there just wondering if anyone has had anything similar to me I have PCOS I conceived on my third round of Chlomid the first time but now that my daughter is one and a half I’m wanting to get pregnant again I went to the doctor and she prescribed me femera. I’m wondering if anybody had the same experience as me how long did it take to get pregnant the second time did anyone get pregnant with Clomid and then have to take femera any the insight will be lovely
