Nervous about possible miscarriage

I had a miscarriage in July and I’m

9 weeks pregnant now but I’m so nervous and anxious that I’m going to miscarry. I have been having some light pain in my back and lower abdomen and I went to the bathroom earlier and there was a small drop of blood in the toilet, but not any on the paper, but no bleeding since then. My SO and I did have sex this morning so I’m hoping it was just from that. Just needing to vent and talk to someone about it.
