Any moms have tips?

So, i had my daughter in October of 2017. She is currently still breastfeeding. It is almost that she does it for a comfort thing. Does anyone have any tips for weening her? I am due at the end of september with baby number two and i want to be done breastfeeding before I have my second.

I weaned my little girl at 17 months. I started giving her a food she liked in replace of nursing. For example she like those baby food pouches. When she asked to nurse I would say let’s go get a pouch and snuff with mommy. I would cut out one feeding at a time but try to keep snuggling and reassuring her. When I started weaning she was nursing 3x per day. At night time we started alternating between me and my husband. Then he put her to bed for a few months until nursing was not part of bed time.
