Idk what to do

The last time i saw my baby's father was Mon. Jan 6th everything was perfect we hung out most of the day. He was grieving the lost of 2 of his cousins and his brother which happened the thursday prior due to a tragic car crash. So Wednesday the 9th i found out i was pregnant and i attempted to call him a couple times no response which was unusual but i chalked it up to him being busy w/ funeral prep. So i attempt to call him multiple times over the next couple if days w/ no luck. So finally tuesday the 15th after ive been practically blowing his phone up his 1st childs mother text me off his phone telling me hes been incarcerated. That's it! then the phone number is disconnected. Ive been trying to look him up on inmate registries with no luck. This is not my field of expertise. Idk what hecould have done to end up there or how long he'll have to stay. Idk if he even knows im pregnant and idk what to do. I dont want my child to grow up w/o a father i know personally how damaging that can be. But i don't know what else i can do
