How’s everyone healing ?

Everyone that’s had their LO already, hows the healing process ? I’m 5 day PP and have little/light bleeding and finally pooped again yesterday ! I had a vaginal delivery and a 2nd degree tear, other than being mildly uncomfortable though I believe everything is going well, I’m more curious when swelling will completely go down in my lady area I haven’t looked out of fear but it’s definitely a lot darker down there than it used to be. Emotionally I’ve cried everyday, mostly because I don’t want to leave my baby for 5 mins to go shower, I’m a FTM and me and baby have bonded so well. And to the ladies that are still awaiting on their babies arrival please please please SLEEP as much as you can for as long as you can !
