Hey everybody! I am new to the glow app and I am getting off birth control Friday. I have been reading all of these posts and there’s a lot of different acronyms and I have no idea what they stand for. Could someone please explain?

Cm- cervical mucus

If you go to the tech support page, there should be a pinned post at the top with a list of all the acronyms commonly used on the app. 🙂 I had screenshots of them at one point but idk where they went lol.
