Probiotic
Do anyone have a recommended brand for probiotic that is gluten free and there isn't any unnecessary fillers?
I have one brand that did work for me but I need at least a few different one for backup especially if I need one that are easily accessible in case I ran out and forgot to renew it. Preferably a probiotic that help balance both digestive health & vagina health. If it vegan double awesome but not to worry.
