Question for any mamas out there struggling to lose weight or be healthier in general...
What do you think are your biggest challenges to losing weight or adopting a healthier lifestyle? What resources did you wish had or what do you think would make it easier to conquer your health and fitness goals? I know a lot of us do struggle managing our home and work lives (putting everyone else first) and often neglect our health. I've been thinking about my own journey (2 years post delivery) and am really passionate about postpartum health. Please sound away! I'm curious to know how you ladies feel.
