Does he like me??

So there’s this guy in my school and I’m not sure if he likes me or not. My friends are all super convinced that he likes me but I’m not sure. He goes out of his way when he sees me to at least touch my arm or give me a high five and he always teases me but not in a mean way. He’s also super flirty but I’m not sure if that means he likes me cause he also has a flirty personality. He also hugs me every now and then. So I can’t tell if he actually likes me!!
