Wife Mistress & Baby!

So I’ve been talking to this guy for a few months. We have great talks, amazing sex, wonderful dates etc. I felt like he was the perfect guy for me but clearly I was wrong ... long story short we were having a quickie at my place before he drove me to work and when he pulled his pants up a ring fell out 😣 I asked him who’s ring & he said “mine” my heart was broken of course because this whole time I’m thinking I’ve found Mr. Right & He’s Been Mr. Wrong 💔 I haven’t spoken to him since then which was a month ago & today I found out I’m 6 weeks pregnant 🤦🏽‍♀️ please give me some advice because I cannot keep this married mans child. & no he does not know I’m pregnant yet.
