So I'm 4 weeks 1 day and I have a cruise planned March 9th. Is it safe to travel in the first trimester?

Yes just watch for things like Zika or whatever. It’s not until the third trimester you’ll run into travel restrictions.

Do it while you can! I wanted to go on a cruise for our baby moon but most cruise lines don’t let you if you’re 24+ weeks, the only time I could go was 25 weeks ☹️ Just check the cdc website for Zika information.
