I eat instant oatmeal and yes, it helps me! A lot actually.

All oats have the same nutritional profile, so yes instant oats count. I've been making no bakes 😂 The only difference between them is the texture.

Use steel cut oats!!

I think the steel cut oats are better but I don’t see why the quick oats wouldn’t work also. 
I also drink the body armor drinks to help with my supply and I also bought the milk makers lactation cookies that I eat almost every day.
