Can't stop thinking about him 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

So i was talking to this guy for 6 months as friends and tbh we were more than friends according to him i was special to him. We flirted a lot talked like couples acted like it too but he was always secretive about y he didn't want a girlfriend and about y he always hides his feelings. So fast forward to a month ago when we started to get close as in him opening up about his last relationship and why he doesn't want one, at this point I'm thinking maybe there's a chance of us actually being a thing tbh even my friends thought so too but instead of that happening we stopped talking, I've texted him asking y he stopped talking to me and his answer was that he doesn't have to answer me and that he shouldn't be talking to me, I tried twice but got the same answer. Now I can't stop thinking about him and y he just stopped talking to me.

I'm wondering if he started to talk to someone else and stoped liking me 🤷🏽‍♀️
