Or if it's amniotic fluid, or if it's pee? Ive got so much going on down there now that I'm 35 weeks it's insane. I finally gave in and am wearing a panty liner 24/7 because if I don't my underwear is wet 😖

Smell it. Pee will smell acidic or sour and amniotic fluid will smell sweet.

You could go to the hospital and have it tested, or have them check to see if you're leaking. There should be a distinctive smell difference, but I also noticed a bit of a placement difference in where it was in the liner.
