I'm in a loving relationship with this guy and have been for almost two years. Things have been going great until about three months ago or so.

I was at my friends house smoking. Things were going well until we kissed. Sadly tha kiss lead to making out, then we had sex. The sex wasn't bad or anything. What made things bad was that he finished in me....

Fast forward to about a month or two ago. I had an appointment with my doctor and she informed me that I apparently was pregnant but the embryo didn't develop. Essentially I had what she said was a blighted ovum. She told me that it happens within the first trimester. I actually lost my first son or daughter before I was even aware that I was pregnant.

My boyfriend or my friend still don't know about this at all. Should I tell them and if so how should I approach telling them?
