Hi 😊 I’m from the uk .. and I was wondering what prenatal do you ladies take?
Since I found out i was pregnant I’ve been taking pregnacare prenatal vitamins however they make me feel Queazy and sick , is that normal? Or should I change them ?

Try taking them at night hun before bed so you digest it while you’re sleeping. The main one advertised in Australia has a really high iron content which can make you feel sick, my midwife actually told me to take a small break at 12w to give myself a few days off the nausea. 
Helped slightly, but here I am at 34w still vomiting regardless 😂 and later in pregnancy I’ve found taking it at night contributes to major heartburn! So back to taking it during the day and feeling seasick 🤷🏼‍♀️

I take pregacare and it can be normal for them to make you feel that way. I only take them for just over 12 weeks to give the baby a boost. Though first time around I took them throughout my pregnancy. 
I haven’t had other brands and they didn’t make me feel ill now that I am on my second. It could be your body getting used to it.

I tried all the best kind and they all made me throw up immediately after. My doctor finally told me to take gummies I’m comfy with lol. It’s really trial and error for some women. Now that I’m 34weeks I can take the ONE A DAY pills with no problem. Good luck!
