MTHFR mutation

Has anyone heard about the MTHFR mutation and how it affects vaccines? My son was fine after his 2 month shots but I’m worried about his upcoming 4 month set. I know my dad has a form of the mutation, but neither my son nor I have been tested. I haven’t been able to find any articles that talk about vaccines directly, but on FB, there are people saying their baby died from it. Any recommendations/information out there? Thank you!
