Wet cough baby

Any mamas ever had their baby have a super wet cough for over a week? I hate seeing my LO cough like crazy and sometimes gag on his own phlegm.

I already seen a doctor and she said humidifier, chest cream, using shower steam, elevation and every option I can. I’m just so sad seeing him gag and cry over being so congested, winter sucks lol

What worked for you and how long did it last??
