Are there any solid vegetarian meals?
One of the things I like about meat is that it's one piece. I like the texture and simplicity. You just get a piece of meat, some simple side dish and the meal is done.
On the other hand I feel like all the vegetarian meals I come across are a bunch of small stuff put together. You get bowls of curry, lentils, salads... Nothing to cut into when it's finished.
Is there some solid meatless meal? I'm talking about dinner-level kind of meals to cook instead of the usual meat based meals
