Trying to cook healthier 🤦🏽‍♂️


Y’all I need some suggestions, I love to cook & my fiancé loves to eat😂 He used to be a lil chubby as a kid ,he lost the weight but kept the health issues. We don’t eat pork but I use ATLEAST 2 Sticks of butter in every part of every meal I cook😬😬I’m SUPER Lactose Intolerant But this man loves cheese🙄 What are some alternatives ?
