TMI!! Help,What is this???

Okay I got my nose pierced on April 13th, 2018. It’s been almost a year and my nose still hurts when i put in another stud or anything. Today I went to go buy some nose rings and this is the first time ever wearing a hoop and I think I caused to much trauma to the hole and the site of the nose ring which is why it never healed but idk. Anyways I put this hoop In today and it hurt so bad but I did it and while I was cleaning it tonight I saw this pustule next to the hole/hoop and idk how to get rid of it our why it’s there?? Help!!!

Hoops can irritate it, mine was irritated like that so I just put a stud back in and it was so much better

put tea tree oil on any bumps you get and they go away. do not put toothpaste on it though.

Looks like a keloid I put toothpaste on them every noght wash it every morning they will go away

It could very well be the type of metal you’re using. I think you should wear the jewelry that wasn’t irritating it and leave it be for a while. Its only been a year. I personally believe you’re changing it to much. I know for my piercings especially for my nose it gets irritated over anything, you could just have a sensitive piercing.
