Anyone have ideas?!

My lower stomach right below my belly button is hard and doesn't go flat when I lay down. Its tender to the touch and I cant lay on my stomach. Anyone have any ideas of why?!

You need to go to doctors or emergency room stat.... I don’t wanna scare you with the things it could be but if you’re not pregnant or anything it could be something really serious you need to get checked out now

For anyone wondering.... it is a 12cm tumor on my left ovary.. so next week I will be having my ovary removed

Could be a hernia. I just had one repaired on my left side that was caused from a previous surgical incision not closing properly.
