I think I'm losing it

So I had a dream that was extremely vivid and realistic about taking multiple pregnancy tests and they were all positive, I woke up in a panic daze and ended up taking a test which was negative. Though I believe the random pink like streak when I wiped was me ovulating, and my emotions and moods have been all over the place from happy, mad, sad and I've started getting nauseous and puking yesterday and crying so easy now... honestly I feel like I'm losing my mind no blood at all had a pinch like cramp a day or so ago when I had that pink spotting. My period lasted the 21st to 22nd with spotting beforehand and a a bit the 23rd... my next period is the 18th and I think I'm just going crazy
