Anyone feeling lightheaded?

Im 32 weeks and feeling lightheaded today. Normal blood pressure. Know what it could be?

This happened to me a few days ago.... I drank a whole lot of water and laid down on my left side. I think I was dehydrated.  
But if you feel bad call your Dr. try drinking a lot of water too.

Yes, I felt like fainting in the shower 😓 so scary. Water helps and sitting/laying.
