Breastfeeding and got period at 9 weeks ppt

So I had a csection almost 9 weeks ago and I think I just started my period. I Have ONLY been breastfeeding and consistently on demand. I co sleep with my baby. I’m always with or around my baby, the longest I was away was 2hrs and that was one time. I still haven’t even went back to work yet. Am I not feeding my baby enough? Am I not holding him enough? Is he becoming detached from me? Or is there something wrong with me physically that I got my first period SOooo soon?????
