Shake diets?

I’m 5’2 and 185lbs I know I’m overweight!

But I wanted to start the shake diets? Just want to know if anyone has done them!

I know once you stop them you can gain weight.

I also know I can just drink shakes (I’ll be drinking shakes for breakfast and lunch then a healthy dinner)

Only reason I’m over weight is due to my child/teenage years.

If I ate then what I do know I’d be healthier I know this. So I just need something to help me get to my happy weight then I can maintain it?
