What to pack for hospital?

I'm having my second son and for the life of me I can't seem to remember what all I should take for me and him. Possibly being induced around the 12th or 14th. What all have you mommies packed for you and your little one?

I live 5 minutes from the hospital; if we lived further away I might be inclined to pack more. But I’ve packed leggings and several big shirts for myself, a nursing tank top, two nursing bras, 4 pairs of BIG undies, a couple pairs of socks, a calming essential oil blend (I’ll throw my diffuser in there sometime closer but I think my hospital has several), headbands, toiletries, gum. I need to get tennis balls (for counterpressure!) I also packed an eye mask and earplugs, I’m very sensitive to unwanted light and sound. Chargers and whatnot when we head out the door, I don’t want to pay for extra just to keep in the bag. (And again, 5 minutes away. 😂) for him I’ve packed two outfits (head to toes) and a receiving blanket.

What I pack: side note my hospital provides a ton. So I would first check and see what they will give you so your not lugging extra. I’m also having a c section with a minimum 4 day stay. 
Myself: hospital provides: mesh undies, maternity pads, peri bottle, abdominal binder, gauze 
3 changes of clothes- with my first I just wore pajama pants and a tee shirt each day. 
Comfortable bras - I liked non underwire for comfort while there. 
Toiletries and makeup — makeup only if your going to have pictures done in the hospital. Don’t forget hairties. 
Phone charger and pillow
Flip flops for the shower and for walking around the halls
Socks with grippers
Spouses clothes, socks, and toiletries
Snacks
For baby ( hospital provides formula, diapers, soap, wash bin, onesies, swaddles, kimono type shirts, hats, comb, bulb syringe) 
Going home outfit
Pacifiers 
Baby wipes( my hospital does not provide wipes)
Swaddle and outfit for pictures
Car seat

Here's what i packed:
Joggers, leggings, a few shirts, nursing bra, socks, underwear, reusable breast pads.
Two sleepers, a few onesies, and a blanket for baby.
A toiletry kit i put together that has travel sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, toothpaste and toothbrush. I'll also probably add lotion and Chapstick.
I didnt bring ANY toiletries to the hospital when my son was born and I regretted it.

Blanket, 2 sleepers and regular outfit just in case and a going home outfit, socks ,mittens, I packed a swaddle, swaddle set from Milk Snob for pictures. That’s about it
