How many times do you use the school toilet in one day?

How many times do you go the school bathroom to pee during your school day.
I usually try to go only once but sometimes I must go about 2 times or even 3.
I really hate public toilets and i think they are gross.
Do you have any tips how to use it less often?
I drink only one bottle 0.5l of water during school and 1-2 more when i get home.

If you don’t like the germs, you could bring some antibacterial wipes and just wipe the seat before you go.
It’s pretty unhealthy to hold your urine, or drink too little.

Well I’m not in school anymore but when I was I was scared of using public bathrooms so I didn’t go. I use the bathroom at work probably 3 or 4 times a day. I’m there from 8:45 until usually 6:15

I am scared of germs, I carry hand sanitizers with me and you could bring Lysol wipes .
