I just want to start this off by saying right now I am slightly nervous and am looking at some background information before I go to a doctor.

It has been two weeks since my period and when I woke up this morning I noticed that I was bleeding, and although not a lot it’s pretty consistent. As of right now I have a rather large cramp. Heavy periods run in my family and I generally get one massive cramp right before my period starts. I’m also 21 and my periods have never been massively consistent however they started to regulate about 6 months ago. I should also mention that I’m pretty much also constantly stressed out.

What are symptoms that you experienced before going to the doctor and finding out you had endometriosis? Is and was there anything that you had to do differently since your diagnoses?
