Is this morning sickness? I’m scared.

Okay so I’m currently 10 weeks pregnant and for a couple weeks in early pregnancy (week 6&7) I had some morning sickness, throwing up and nausea until around 3pm but then nothing. No nausea at all unless I went to long without eating. But yesterday night I got kinda nauseous so I went to bed early then suddenly this afternoon I started throwing up again and have been throwing up every 30 mins to an hour with chills and hot flashes. My temp is only 99.6 but I feel awful. Is this morning sickness? Should I be worried? Idk if I’m being paranoid because this is my rainbow baby. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
