Question

Does anyone have any tips on putting on eyeliner? I'm new to wearing make up and can get the bottom on alright but keep failing at the top. And doing any wing or cat eye is non existant

I use the Kat Von D liquid eyeliner pen and it’s fantastic!! 
It dries super quickly and stays on through hell or high water (literally. A post went viral about a girl having perfect liner after a bad car accident 🙌🏼)
I just started off by watching a ton of makeup videos and practicing whenever I got the chance. 
I’m still not fantastic at top eyeliner, but I think it’s just because I have a small eyelid and need to use a less harsh color.
Using the pen is a game changer. I can’t use regular liquid eyeliner at all!! 
Another tip is to put tape next to your eye and draw the wing along the side. So set it up exactly where you want the wing and use it as a template. The also sell top eyeliner templates online 😁

I'd suggest staying away from liquid liner until you get used to applying eyeliner. Maybe start with a simple pencil liner, I really like the ones that come with a smudging tool, that way if you make a mistake you can turn it into a smokey line if you don't have the time to correct it. If you're not comfortable using black, try grey or brown first. Once you get used to applying it, you can always try new things with it 😊 glitter liner can also be really fun!

I use felt tip eyeliners. When I started I would draw dots on my eyes to make the shape I wanted and then fill it in. 
The dots made it easier for me to create the shape I wanted. I use Maybelline’s eyeliner. 
I also used q-tips soaked in makeup remover to make the wings look sharp.
