Is this chicken pox?!

Idk how young a baby can get them?? But as I’m changing my son into his pajamas I find these red dots!! He’s only 7 months. Is this chicken pox or something else??

I was 9 months old when I got it. There's not much a Dr can do about it, but I'd take him in just to confirm.

Go see you doctor. I can’t tell from the pics, but I had chicken pox when I was only a few months old so babies can get it

My sister had them really young so it's possible but go and have him checked out

I don’t think so but I’m not a doctor. I think kids can get them whenever. My brother was 5 months old when he got them. I have never had them so I’m not completely sure if they are or not. Just call your doctor!

I googled beginning stages of chicken pox and I don’t think it resembles this!
