Ouch !

I was grinding on top of my boyfriend and towards the end of it we realized he had his keys in his pocket (I’m not ready for sex yet so we do this instead). But the problem is I think his keys were bumping into my right outer labia and now i can’t even sit without having a lot of pain. It is also a little swollen and slight red. Should I be concerned?

I am hoping it goes away in a few days but it would be comforting to know if someone has gone through something similar ? Or at least some tips as to how to relieve the pain a little bit ?
