‼️Confused..‼️

Hey everyone. So I wondered if anyone happened to have this same experience as me. I took two pregnancy tests on 1/24/2019. The first one was very obviously positive, the second was super faint. Which when I took the pic, you could barley see it. But I saw it in person.

I went to a pregnancy clinic the next day 1/25/2019. They said it was a little faint but still positive.

Well I had some right sided sharp pain so my OB ordered an ultrasound to check for an ectopic pregnancy. It wasn’t that, but they also did not see a pregnancy in my uterus.

My blood work showed my levels at 1148 as of Wednesday (1/30/2019). And I also took two more tests yesterday.

I’m just wondering why they wouldn’t have been able to see anything?? I know if it’s too early they can’t. But I’m just worried.

Anyways, if anyone has had something similar or advice I’d love to hear it!

Also, I have not had any bleeding at all.
