Induction vs C-Section

Hi everyone, so my plan to have our little girl has changed a bit in the last few days because of some health issues. Monday we will be discussing induction vs C-Section for this coming Thursday or Friday. My doctor has told me I am at a high risk for c-section due to the size of my pelvis and the size of our baby girl. She said I can go ahead with induction and see how things go. I have trouble with anesthesia if that is something they may end up having to use if things become emergent so that’s heavy on my mind, also who really wants major abdominal surgery?

Anyways, I am curious if anyone else is having an induction or c-section for medical reasons and were you given a choice?

I want to make the best decision for me and my baby and put us both at the lowest risk possible.
