Period? Pregnant?

Hi guys! I need some help. Yesterday after me and my bf had sex I started spotting s little and then it stopped and this morning we had sex and I bled a little more but shouldn’t have my period yet? Also everytime I logged we had sex he has been coming in me as we are trying to conceive. Few days ago I took a test and it was negative so. Any ideas. I had a c section 1 year ago so maybe he opened it a little?
