What the hell is going on?!

I’ve been like this since Tuesday. Out of all these past days I’ve had very very little cramping maybe 3 of those days. No heavy bleeding just this. I have been testing everyday since and nothing. AF due Monday. Whenever I start my period I bleed and need a pad from day 1. I wanted to keep it but asked my mom and she said this happened with all her pregnancies but if it was implantation wouldn’t I have gotten a BFP by no? Btw 12 dpo. I’m so confused and it is driving me crazy! I’m currently feeling very emotional and slightly nauseous. Anyone gone through this before?
