Decrease in wet diapers

FTM and my ebf almost 4 mo old has not had many wet diapers today and I’m wondering what that means??? She usually has at least 7-10 diapers a day, but I noticed immediately when she woke up this morning her diaper wasn’t full like normal (after going all night without a change). And I normally change her after every nap/before every feed but she has only had 1 wet diaper since the one this morning. Her attitude hasn’t changed, no fever, doesn’t seem dehydrated, still nursing as normal. And as any FTM I’m worried. Anyone ever experience this?

It’s after 8pm here so has only had 2 wet diapers all day so far 😣
