Any tips?

So I usually don’t get much acne on my face, maybe a pimple here and there, but for the past week or so I’ve had this group of bumps around my mouth and acne washes/spot treatments don’t seem to be clearing it up. The thing is I’ve never gotten acne like this so I was thinking maybe it’s a rash or some sort of allergic reaction to something? Does anyone have any tips on how to clear this up?
