Getting stupid emails from pregnancy apps🙄

Hi so backstory, i was recently pregnant but lost the baby at 7weeks and deleted all my pregnancy apps. However every time I check my email there’s a new notification from the pregnancy app saying “Today you’re 9 weeks 6 days.” Knowing I would be 10 weeks tomorrow kills me. I thought I unsuscribed from all these pregnancy things but it’s like a new one pops up every day. It’s so frustrating. Also my insurance just now sent me information about prenatal care, like cool you couldn’t have done that when I first updated my insurance saying I’m pregnant?? I’m so frustrated like not everyone’s pregnancy is successful. I wish they made it easier to stop receiving these emails I literally have to search for the unsuscribe button every time it’s extremely hurtful.
