Babies toenails

I was about to start cutting the top of my sons toenails and fingernails when I noticed that the nail on both of his big toes doesn’t seem to be connected at the bottom and that made me notice that there seems to be another nail underneath.. should I be concerned that there is two nails growing?? I’ve selected a picture but you can’t really see too well the other nail.. but where the white line on his nail is where the top nail ends and you can see the nails underneath
