All the signs you guys!

So we are TTC atm. Had sex before on and after ovulation day and 2 weeks on im bloated, cranky (well i blame it on my unborn kids 😁) and exponentially growing appetite for wierd shit - had fried chicken and ice cream the other day, headaches, nauseated, backaches AND late on my period. So w high hopes i got a pregnancy test at home and its negative!!!! 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢 how long does it take from conception day to show on a test strip? Did i do it too soon or am i having a phantom baby 😣
