After abortion recovery help

Getting straight to the point - I had an abortion on 4 days ago and have basically had the worst cramps constantly on and off, basically 24/7 since the appointment. I'm planning on getting a check up in a few days anyway just to make sure everything's okay but I am slightly worried I have an infection or something. If you've had an abortion before and if you feel comfortable enough to leave a comment, could you please share how long your recovery process was afterwards? And if you had really bad cramping/bleeding afterwards? (Bleeding has been average, its just the cramping I'm worried about) also accidentally posted this in the wrong topic but now I dont know how to change it! Sorry team.
