I don’t think I ovulated

I have a feeling I haven’t ovulated this month. My temps are everywhere. I also think my thermometer may be failing. I was supposed to start AF yesterday (I have hypothyroidism and can be irregular at times) but she hasn’t shown up yet and I did have some cramping but only when I sat in certain positions or would lay on my stomach. My lower back is also achy with some tenderness and fullness in my boobs. I did take a test and it was negative, it was a cheap equate brand one from Hannaford, and it was blue dye.

What do you all think? I already have my heart set but any encouraging words would be helpful.
