If you log a positive OPK back on Cd20 then close and reopen the app, it should trick Glow into putting ovulation where you say it belongs which should correct your coverline and dpo. 
For many people, 12 dpo is still too early to get a positive test. I would not test until you miss your period. Don’t waste a test, and don’t put yourself through the disappointment of seeing a negative simply because it’s too early to get a positive.
