I feel like I am losing my mind could just be the PMS talking but idk, recently my boyfriend’s friend has been getting all the communication that I feel like I should be getting and I think I’m jealous and I don’t know what her intentions are. Now my boyfriend and I are not 100% monogamous (he has a sex addiction, and I know that I can’t give him 100% what he needs) I am okay with that. But this feels like something different and I feel like I’m losing my mind, I don’t want to be jealous and I don’t know how to bring my paranoia/anxiety to his attention without starting a “fight”

I’m not going to break up with him, but I just feel like I need to talk about it, if I’m overreacting or not. 😖😪

I absolutely think males/females can have friends with partners, but it feels like she is taking over sometimes. (They have been friends for 12 years)
