Panic attack relief

For the people who get bad panic attacks..

What do you do to help get your mind off of it ?

The only thing that seems to really help me is when I’m with someone or talking to them on the phone (either my mom, sister, or boyfriend), having a conversation with them to help my mind not wander.. but it doesn’t help when I’m at work and have no one to confide in. What are some tips or anything to help when you are by yourself?
